SALADMASTER
RECIPE SUBMISSION

MECHANICS:

1. This Raffle is open to ALL Lifetime Wellness Team Members and Customers.

2. ONE Ticket will be given PER submitted Saladmaster Recipe with complete requirements.

3. Participants must submit Recipes with complete requirements to be counted for a Raffle Ticket. (Check Requirements below)

4. Participants may submit 1 or More Recipes. This mean Participants can have as many tickets as they can submit qualified recipes.

5. The submission of the Recipes Period is from October 1st to November 15th, 2022.

6. All Participants who have submitted their recipes will automatically receive one LWL RECIPE BOOK.

 

RECIPE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Saladmaster Cookware must be used in the Recipes.

2. Provide Recipe Name, Ingredients, Cookware Used, Procedures & Photos of the Dish

3. Photos of the Dish Photo must be emailed to recipe@lifetimewellnesshk.com

4. Photos of the Dish must either be in a Saladmaster Cookware OR Have a Saladmaster Cookware shown in the background.

 

RAFFLE DRAW AND PRIZES:

1. Winners will be randomly generated thru an electronic draw.

2. The Electronic Raffle Draw will be done in the December gathering (Date to be Announced).

3. Winners will receive Saladmaster items and Limited Edition Items.

4. Winners will be notified via e-mail and the contact number provided.

5. Winners must present a Valid ID to claim their prizes.

6. Winners must claim their prizes at the Lifetime Wellness Showroom: 2906, 29/F, The Galaxy, 313 Castle Peak, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong SAR
